A Kajang municipal councillor who was also interrogated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) alleged commission investigators hurled racist remarks at him during questioning at the state MACC headquarters here.
"They called me a stupid Chinese... Are you from China? You can't speak Malay?” said Tan Boon Wah.
He was subjected to torture and was threatened that he would be beaten if he refused to admit to allegations made by the investigators

“I was shouted at: 'This is my place, you better believe that I can hit you',” said Tan

“I was then asked to stand and look straight. I was not allowed to rest my head. I was made to stand for four hours,” he added

Tan said the MACC officials also threatened to arrest his wife and detain his children

Tan added that he was also told by an MACC investigator not to talk about the interrogation, before he was released yesterday afternoon.
“The MACC officer said don't bring the matter outside, but one life has ended, so now I have to,” said Tan.

'Kami tidak sembunyi apa-apa'

"Apa pun, kami bukan mahu menyembunyikan sesuatu. Kami mahu perkara ini disiasat secara telus. Polis sedang menyiasat dan kita patut tunggu sehingga mereka menyiapkan siasatan mereka," janji timbalan perdana menteri.Mengulas kes kematian mengejut dan luar biasa setiausaha politik exco kerajaan Selangor di bawah pejabat Suruhanjaya PencegahanRasuah Malaysia (SPRM) negeri, lapor Bernama, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin juga menggesa semua pihak membenarkan polis menjalankan siasatan tanpa sebarang halangan.

陈文华续表示，他曾于估计凌晨6点左右，到茶水间喝水时，看见赵明福当时坐在那，神情显得疲累与伤心。“我的手表和手机已全被没收，所以不知道确实时间，只从微亮的天色估计那是6点左右。”“我在茶水间看到明福，就问他‘明福，怎么你还在这？’。明福只是头低低地向我‘嗯’了一声。”“过了5分钟后，我上了厕所准备回去时，已经没有见到明福。”

反贪会不需要搜查令，都可以去任何地方

陈文华也忆述当日从家中被带走的情形。他说，当时反贪会的官员直闯进他家中，在没有搜查令，也没展示名牌下，就任意搜查其电脑及文件。“那些官员说，反贪会不需要搜查令，都可以去任何地方。”

‘我现在甚至可以指示你脱掉衣服和裤子。’”

陈文华揭露，一些官员甚至质问他，是否疼爱其妻子与孩子，若爱的话，就不应该撒谎。“我就坚决地告诉他们，我没有撒谎。官员就说，‘我现在甚至可以指示你脱掉衣服和裤子。’”陈文华说，该些官员还恫言，反贪会可以把他的妻儿带到总部，声言这是要免去他对妻儿的牵挂。他也表示，一些官员也拿起腰包或握拳，做状要打他，虽然并没真正动手，惟却令他饱受精神折磨。

陈文华也说，他在晚上10点开始，到凌晨2点，被官员要求肃立，眼望200公尺的前方，动也不能动地接受盘问。“只要我动一下，就有官员向我咆哮。一直到两点为止，官员才说，‘我很可怜你，你现在可以坐在地上。’”

有不寻常的事情....

安华（左图）透露，民联领袖是向雪州反贪委会总监（Jaafar Mahad）提呈备忘录。“我们为赵文福的死亡感到伤心，其中有不寻常的事情，所以必须进行立即（调查）行动，例如调查反贪委会如何进行审讯”。

蔡添强率领议员领袖门口静坐

在封锁线内，仍有40多名民联议员和领袖，包括蔡添强等在门口静坐，等待上楼呈递备忘录的领袖出来。在爆发冲突后，集会者大多已经离去，不过据悉其中的大约100人，已经转往大厦的后门聚集。安华、林吉祥、林冠英、雪州大臣卡立则在11点15分才离开雪州反贪会办公室，他们随后向媒体发表谈话，要求成立皇家委员会以调查赵明福离奇坠楼事件。

雪州行政议员黄洁冰的助理卢传文（右图）最先被镇暴队员从人群中拉出。由于卢传文拒绝听从逮捕令而坐在地上，结果遭镇暴队员强行在地上拖行长达30米，背部一片瘀伤，更惨遭挨打而一度昏迷。结果黄洁冰见状马上趋前加以援手，更一度陷入镇暴队的包围当中。当卢传文被拖走时，集会者高喊“警察暴力，警察暴力”抗议。警方最终把陷入昏迷的卢传文置放在大厦内，没有逮捕他。

镇暴队逮捕7人包括国州议员

300名民联支持者及许多雪州民联议员的助理今早齐聚雪州反贪会总部所在的沙亚南商业广场示威，要求调查反贪会，不料却遭警方出动镇暴队强力驱散，并逮捕了7人包括雪州加埔国会议员马尼卡（S. Manickavasagam）、雪州行政议员西维尔（Xavier Jayakumar）以及数名政治助理。在冲突过程中，雪州行政议员黄洁冰的助理卢传文以及雪州万挠州议员颜贝倪也被致伤。民联三大巨头国会反对党领袖安华、回教党副主席沙拉胡丁以及行动党国会领袖林吉祥及行动党秘书长林冠英，在今早率员向酿成命案的雪州反贪会提呈备忘录，要求交代死因。

“你是愚蠢华人，来自中国啊？”

陈文华也说，他在晚上10点开始，到凌晨2点，被官员要求肃立，眼望200公尺的前方，动也不能动地接受盘问。“官员还向我说，‘你是愚蠢华人，你来自中国啊？不明白马来文吗？’”

反贪委员会暴力逼供....

与赵明福同一天被带往问话的加影市议员陈文华（左图），今日挺身揭露反贪污委员会在盘问他的过程中，诉诸暴力和恐吓手段，更以种族性言论辱骂他。陈文华是与雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福，同一天被带往雪州反贪污委员会总部协助调查。陈文华今午在雪州大臣卡立等民联领袖的陪同下，与州政府大厦召开记者会，一一道出他被问话的数个小时历程。恫言带来孩子，强逼承认罪状他说，反贪污委员会官员曾恐吓要“殴打”（hantam）他，也曾说要把他孩子也带来反贪污委员会，企图逼他承认罪状。

民联下周日体育馆主办抗议集会

雪兰莪州务大臣卡立依布拉欣今午宣布，雪州政府的所有官员将不会到反贪污委员会办公室配合录供，后者若有需要，只能到雪州政府大厦进行盘问。他也宣布，民联将在即将来临的星期日（7月19日），下午4点于格拉纳再也体育馆，举行抗议大集会，以表达民众对赵明福离奇坠楼毙命的不满。他说，这项集会已经获得雪州总警长卡立阿布巴卡的首肯，所有民联领袖也会出席。他续表示，由于赵明福是雪州政府官员，所以州政府将承担死者的殓葬费。

张念群与杨巧双哭红双眼

数以十名的民联国州议员及领袖，也出现在烛光会现场。一些与赵明福交好的议员，如沙登国会议员张念群与梳邦再也州议员杨巧双，都哭红了双眼。烛光会原订于8点半开始，但还未踏正时间，许多请愿者已经自发地把四周的墙壁，都插上点燃的白烛，现场笼罩在一片柔和的烛光中。

反贪会杀人凶手

民联今晚在雪州反贪污委员会总部举行黑色烛光会，要求当局解释雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福在雪州反贪会总部离奇坠楼身亡的真正原因。超过500人在该总部大厦的大门口前，点起蜡烛，拉开布条，神情悲愤地痛斥反贪污委员会草菅人命，政府务必要还赵明福一个公道。

卡立轰反贪会选择性调查酿人命

针对雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福在雪州反贪会总部离奇坠楼身亡的事情，雪州大臣卡立（左图中）透露，警方已经同意让雪兰莪州民联政府委任一名法医来协助检验赵明福的遗体。昨日被雪州反贪委员会传召问话的赵明福，是在今日中午1点半被发现陈尸在雪州反贪会总部所在的沙亚南商业大厦5楼的阳台上。卡立表示他已经联络雪州总警长卡立巴卡，而后者已经保证将会展开透明的调查。

林冠英：反贪会需负起全责

民主行动党秘书长林冠英也发表文告，要求反贪委员会在这起事件上负起全责，因为赵氏从雪州反贪委员会建筑的14楼坠下身亡的时候，是在被反贪委员会扣押期间。他促请反贪委员立刻停止对民联的政治逼害行为，特别是针对行动党领袖及党员，因为这对反贪或申张正义无济于事。“类似的政治游戏，已经导致 一名前途光明、有理想的年轻行动党党员失去宝贵的生命。”

如果有问题，也是我出事

林吉祥也在部落格中指出，在沙亚南的工作赵明福兄长赵珉基（右图戴帽者）较后也赶到现场，后者透露，赵明福原订在明日注册结婚。欧阳捍华也证实，赵明福明天就要和女朋友注册结婚，因此坚称不可能自杀。“如果有问题，也是我出事，我看不出他有什么原因要自杀。”行动党国会领袖林吉祥也透露，身在老家亚罗牙也的赵明福母亲，一听到死讯，就一直不停流泪。林吉祥也已经和明福的父亲通电话，他说这名当德士司机的爸爸与其他马来西亚人一样，想知道究竟发生了什么事。“反贪会主席阿末赛益是否将会访问其家人解释其死因？反贪会能否不负责任？”

雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福在雪州反贪污委员会总部离奇坠楼身亡引起各界震惊，并纷纷炮轰反贪会失责，没有保护好证人的安全。民联三位领袖包括国会反对党领袖安华、回教党主席哈迪阿旺与民主行动党国会领袖林吉祥，将在明早10点亲自上门到雪州反贪污委员会“兴师问罪”，提呈抗议备忘录，并要求反贪会交代死因。

Ean Yong’s political secretary dead at MACC HQ

Teoh Beng Hock, the political secretary of Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah, who was taken in for questioning by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) yesterday, was found dead at the MACC headquarters today.
It is unclear if Teoh, who was 30, fell or jumped from the building.
Ean Yong and several other DAP lawmakers are at the scene now.
It is not known if Teoh was released after questioning yesterday or if he has been there all this while. The MACC office is on the 14th floor of the building but Teoh’s body was discovered on the 5th floor.
State lawmakers M. Manoharan, Gan Pei Nee and Teresa Kok are currently at the MACC office.

据悉，蔡锐明是在前马华妇女组署理主席陈仪乔的穿针引线下，才从马华过档公正党。陈仪乔目前也是雪州公正党宣传局主任，她曾经担任马华中委兼妇女组署理主席并出任三届巴生国会议员，不过却在2005年党选中被指违反党纪而冻结党籍半年，并在2008年大选不再获得推荐上阵。陈仪乔在马华于308大选兵败如山倒之后宣布退党加盟公正党，并是首位在308大选海啸后退党的马华中委以及党职最高的领袖。

近来与马华署理总会长兼国阵总协调蔡细历公开骂战的马华前副总会长蔡锐明，将在今晚召开的峇吉里区会紧急会议上宣布引退，预料在本周六正式宣布加盟人民公正党。《当今大马》探悉，公正党将在本周六下午2点30分，於雪兰莪双威酒店举行的一项公开讲座“丑闻背后的真相”（the truth behind the scandals），正式宣布蔡锐明以及一群柔佛州马华领袖加盟该党。届时，主讲人之一的公正党实权领袖安华也将亲自迎接他们入党。

Khir needs psychiatric help

Selangor Speaker Teng Chang Khim said today that Datuk Seri Mohd Khir Toyo had failed as the opposition leader and needed psychiatric help as he stepped up his attacks against his chief rival after he ejected the former mentri besar from the state assembly this morning.
Teng, from the DAP, told reporters that Khir was probably still recovering from the losses Barisan Nasional (BN) suffered in the last general election in suggesting that Pakatan Rakyat (PR) was obsessed with taking revenge against him.
The speaker said he did not have time for revenge and had been fair to all lawmakers regardless of their party affiliation.
Khir was ordered out of the Selangor state assembly after refusing to retract his claims that Teng was biased.

7 Pakatan assemblymen under MACC probe, claim victimisation

Pakatan Rakyat (PR) today claimed that seven of its assemblymen are under investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) over the allocation of funds to schools, mosques and community associations.
The assemblymen are Teresa Kok (Kinrara), Ean Yong Hian Wah (Sri Kembangan), Dr Cheah Wing Yin (Damansara Utama), Elizabeth Wong (Bukit Lanjan), Hannah Yeoh (Subang Jaya), Lau Weng San (Kampung Tunku) and Edward Lee (Bukit Gasing).
Teresa Kok told reporters at the state legislature that the MACC confiscated the seven assemblymen’s files on the state’s allocation fund from the district office two weeks ago.
The seven assemblymen are now asking why the MACC were only targeting them and are wondering if there was any racial discrimination or because they are from PR.

若国阵胜出就扩建窄桥

慕尤丁随后也在下午正式作出事先张扬的“重大宣布”，即承诺扩建玛力勿莱旧区通往外界的单行道石桥，来解决该区人民多年来所面对的交通不便问题。不过，慕尤丁所作出的种种发展承诺，都附带着一项条件，即玛力勿莱选民必须确保国阵，在7月14日投票日中顺利胜出。“其条件是非常简单而已，不是一个大问题。不管选票是有月亮还是其他符号，你们只是需要在为国阵打叉而已。”

What great hypocrisy.Yes, it is none other than the Deputy Prime Minister himself, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, attempted to bribe the electorate by the promise of a new RM10 million bridge, with the blatant condition that it'll only be granted if Barisan Nasional wins.
Muhyiddin, who is Umno deputy president, told the remote constituency's 12,293 voters that should they back Barisan Nasional on Tuesday, they would get a 300-metre bridge connecting Manek Urai Baru and Manek Urai Lama in Kuala Krai.“We can build it (the bridge), insya'allah, but there is a condition. It is easy - all you need to do is to 'pangkah' (vote), but you must vote for BN. If not, there would not be any new bridge. If you want the bridge, vote BN,” Muhyiddin said.It is an outright corrupt practice to offer monetary or financial inducements to a voter to influence his choice in the elections, and here we have the DPM himself offering the bribe, within a day of the Prime Minister himself promising to stamp out corruption. What great credibility.
